Peanut Butter Cereal Energy Bars 1/2 cup maple or corn syrup 1/2 cup honey 1 cup brown sugar 12 oz crunchy peanut butter
5 cups cereal (1 cup each of oat, wheat, rice, soy and corn)
Heat syrup, honey and sugar to boiling and boil exactly 30 seconds. Mix in peanut butter and cereal. Spread in a tray to make a 2-inch layer. Cut into bars and serve. You can leave out
peanut butter to make it a healthy bar. Great to eat after workout.
Pad Thai 10 oz Rice Noodles 1 Tbsp SesameOil 1/2 cup roasted peanuts 2 Tbsp Red chili paste (sambal olek) Salt
Cook noodles according to the directions on the package. Fry peanuts in oil until they begin to brown. Add red chili paste and stir for 10 seconds (Make sure the exhaust is on). Add noodles and salt. Mix well. Serves
